Program Details 

​

Classroom Session: 

An instruction session covering the opportunities, trials and tribulations of mid-career professionals, culminating in the creation of the personalized Thrive Dashboard that will help the participant assess their strengths and weaknesses and form the basis for future goals and improvements. This is a basic requirement for all other sessions.

​

Workshop Topic - Goal Development:

What makes you leap out of bed in the morning? Do you have purpose, clarity and focus? In this session, you will look at the alerts from your Thrive Dashboard and your personal wishlist of things to achieve, and develop and prioritize long and short term goals.

​

Workshop Topic - Goals To Action Plans:

A goal is only a wish unless it is converted into an executable plan. You will start with your list of Goals, prioritize and plan for what can be achieved in the next quarter.  Breaking it down into months and weeks will be the key to sustained progress. Equal attention to all aspects of wellbeing will be key.

​

Workshop Topic - Drive Your Day:

A well planned day is half the battle won. However, this planning should not be done the night before! Rather, it is a trickle down from the earlier workshops that took into account your goals, strengths, weaknesses, passions and commitments. Leaving room for spontaneity, being vigilant to mental and physical health and yet driving steadily towards your goals with ease, is a successful day.
