Number of students in any session could be limited as per our discretion.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If Thrive has to cancel a session for any reason, you have the choice of a) deferring your registration to a future session or b) opting for a full refund.

If you have to withdraw from a session after payment has been made, if the withdrawal request is received by the Monday preceding the date of the session, you can defer your registration to a future session. Late cancellations cannot be accepted, sorry. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

When you visit and browse this site, we automatically collect some information about your device, web browser, IP address, location etc.  Such information is used for our internal analysis of our customers. When you register with us or make a transaction with us, we will collect some information like Name, email address, student's details etc. Such information is used by us to contact you to inform you about the sessions that are part of the package you are purchasing. Any financial details like credit card numbers provided while paying for a transaction through our payment processing partner will be subject to the industry standards applicable to them, and we will have no visibility into those details. Any details provided while making any payments directly to us will be used only for processing that transaction.
